E.N. was my technician and he returned my call within an hour, he gave me a time frame of 2 pm to 4 pm and he was there at 2. E.N. then looked at the problem showed and explained fully what had happen and covered the repairs and costs before beginning. E.N. was clean and neat and cleaned up after he was done better than it was before. I would rate E.N.'s service 5 star plus as well as the company.

The Technician did a great job in fixing our door and getting it back in like new working order. He didn't just fix it, he greased the chain, checked the motor and it is working like it was when we installed it. THANKS.

Called Precision around 12:30 and by 2:30 my springs were replaced. Zack is an awesome technician and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the prompt and efficient service. Had occasion to use this company in 2007 and the service was good then. Will use them again if I ever have garage door problems in the future. Thanks for a job well done.
