I called Precision first since their ad in the phone book said same-day service. It was in the afternoon when I called, so I had to wait until the next morning. No problem. Brent arrived at the scheduled time, evaluated the problem & explained the options. The repairs were done in no time, even with me interrupting to ask questions. The garage door now operates smoothly and is much quieter. Thanks to Brent for the repair and the answers to my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my family and friends.
