David came out..I attempted to install myself but had issue with sensor and wiring.It took him 10 minutes to fix.Was very courteous.Highly recommend this company.

Chance did a great job. Very prompt and courteous. The only issue we had was the price difference between what he initially suggested and what I was quoted via phone. Although not what was promised over the phone, Chance worked with us to get it back down into an agreeable arrangement.

Today my service man was named Zack. He was very courteous, polite and respectful. He immediately diagnosed my problem and had it fixed within the time he said it would take. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I would highly recommend Zack for any jobs pertaining to garage doors. Very clean and efficient! Awesome!! Very Satisfied!!

Scheduler was efficient and able to get someone out the next day (a Saturday). Repair tech was prompt, courteous and competent. He explained the repair and completed it in a timely manner. Probably one of the better home repair experiences I have ever had. 5-star service!

I had called Precision and knew we needed to have the trolley replaced as the door wasn't opening. Brett came and explained the what it entailed and I also ask him to examine the entire door and he made a few recommendations on what could or should be addressed now and in the future. He was very knowledgeable but very personal. I am glad he shared what he did as adding a new reinforcement bracket and rollers has allowed the door to open much more efficiently than ever before. He did a great job and I would highly recommend. I also appreciate the advanced e-mail notice listing all the reps and who was our technician would be coming. Very impressed!!!
