I came home Friday to find my garage door not working properly. I ended up calling Precision Garage Door on Saturday because they were one of the few options available on the weekend. I didn't expect to have anyone come out till Monday but they were able to schedule someone for Sunday afternoon. Blaque arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix as I had hoped. Blaque provided three different quotes as to what was possible for fixes. Once I decided on the best option for me, he got to work and was done within a couple hours. He was friendly, quick, and efficient the whole time.

Called your phone # last week talked to Amanda from Sarasota, but wasn't contacted! Had door repaired which went fine on July 13th, but your rep. claimed he had the best prices on two sets of decorative handles & hinges @ $100 each & he would drop them off when back in the area or when he was coming back July 17th to get his battery charger as he had forgotten it. Still haven't received. America's #1 Garage Door Company?? Don't think so. His prices were twice market prices.

Fast, Friendly, Professional. That describes Blaque Kuchel perfectly. The company was extremely responsive when I had a sudden break in my overhead door spring, and they were able to give me several options for service the very next day. Blaque called before he arrived (ahead of the scheduled time - how rare is that!), and he was able to provide quotes with options on the spot. Once we decided how to proceed, he had the problem fixed quickly and professionally. Not only did he fix my overhead door, it works much better than it ever has. I highly recommend Blaque and Precision Door.
