Was having problems with remote control for garage door for house in Union Pier, MI. Original units have not been replaced and serviced in over 10 years, but doors were fairly new. Andy (Technician) was on time, defined problems and was prepared to sell me a Universal Remote. Ended up upgrading to a much better system with 2 new garage door openers, new belts, remotes and 7' belt rails. The new system is so much quieter than old system and less wear and tear on the doors. Happy I made the investment and Precision was there on the spot to help when I needed to get it done. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrific experience working with these guys - they were very responsive, showed up the next morning, diagnosed my broken garage door opener, suggested a number of improvements (it's a 20+ year old setup) which I am likely to go for in the future, but more importantly they got the thing back up and running quickly at a very reasonable cost. I fully expect to call them again in a couple of months and have them make some more significant improvements to the garage door setup but appreciated how quickly they showed up and fixed the problem without pushing for a bigger sale that day, and they were communicative throughout. Highly recommended.

Technician was 30 minutes late after the 2 hour window. Actual repair took only two hours. Replaced entire torsion spring system. Door works well, quiet. Much more expensive than cost of replacement Springs, but would have taken way longer to Diy.
