Today after hearing a sharp sound in my garage. I called my neighbor who spotted the broken spring. I immediately called Precision Overhead and less than 2 hours Blaque Kuchel arrived ahead of time . He check out the problem and now 2 hours later 2 garage door springs and a Health check of the wear and tear of old equipment I am up and running. What a blessing to have Blaque on the repair. He was so helpful and fast. It was 18 degrees outside and he was amazing on the job.

Great company to work with in an emergency. My regular service company could not commit to get my door fixed today (Oct 18th), so I made some calls, as my overhead door had a broken spring and we use it a lot. The girl I talked at your office said you could get repairs done today but later in the afternoon, That was not an issue knowing someone would get to us today. Blake was the technician. He looked things over, found things that were an issue other than broken spring and proceeded with the repairs. Everything took about an hour or so.

Its not much fun to have call for a repair, but I must say Lee and Steve were so cheerful and had the problem fixed in no time.. What nice professional helpful people and we shared a couple of laughs too. My sister and I highly recommend this company.

From Jim's sales visit to Kari's updates to Jphn's expert installation, Precision Doors fulfilled its pledge to provide excellent service and a quality product. John arrived precisely on time, had the job done on just over three hours and said, "Now that's my door. You can use it, but it's my door." Sure nice when an installer owns his job. We now have a beautiful garage door complimented by passers by. Highly recommended.

John did an excellent job of installing my 16' garage door and opener. He explained thoroughly how to program the opener, change the batteries, and several things that I needed to know to maintain it. He was very polite and finished the installation in a timely manner.

I'm a repeat customer. I really respect the knowledge of the certified technicians, and that you're fully insured. I needed a door repaired because it would not shut completely. I had the job quoted but called out Precision anyway. It turns out that the bar was broke in the middle, and that was the source of all the issues, this was not caught by the other vendors and would have resulted in hidden costs. Bar replaced, new bracket installed, door aligned and up and running within the hour and on a weekend. Greatly satisfied and will return for my future garage needs. Thank you.

First, calling in to set up an appointment was a pleasurable experience. Victoria was professional, but yet had a sense of humor which goes a long way in customer service! Second, my technician, Chase, was absolutely FANTASTIC! He called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and would like to know if it was okay to come earlier. (How often does that happen these days! Impressive right off the bat.) He was very courteous and professional, shook my hand, smiled, and made eye contact. Outstanding business practice! He was very well versed in his field and easily explained the inspection and recommendations/plans of action. After choosing said plan of action, he went right work implementing said plan. Chase worked efficiently and with skill. Overall, the experience couldn't have been easier or less stressful in any shape, form, or fashion. I greatly appreciate the stellar service beginning with Victoria and ending with Chase. I would highly recommend Precision Door to everyone! My sincerest thank you for such an outstanding experience!
