Representatives from Precision quickly identified the problem with my garage door, presented reasonable options, and once I chose the option that made the most sense to me, they began working. The repair was completed quickly, and I am very satisfied with their work. I will call them in the future if I ever need to make any upgrades to my garage door system.

I was not present at the time of the work however the technicians were opportunistic and provided more than what was needed. They did not communicate what was needed to be replaced prior to performing the work. I have no complaints with the quality of the work, but if I were to ever recommend your services, I would also say things need to be said up front and receive verbal confirmation from the customer prior to work being performed.
