My old garage door opener was loud and not working right all the time. I bought the PDS800 belt drive 3/4 hp. It was like night and day compared to my old one. I love it. Our tech. guy was Bobby Ruth he was fantastic, professional, courteous, he took out our old opener and put in the new one in like an hour. Showed me the product line book of openers and I picked the one I wanted. Great job!.

Wonderful service. Our garage door broke later in the day on Friday and we had a busy weekend where we would need access to our garage. Wasn't sure I would be able to find someone to work on it over the weekend. Was pleasantly surprised to find Precision and that they were able to schedule an appointment on Saturday morning. Our service tech, Matt, was great. Quickly diagnosed the issue, presented 3 good options, clearly explained these options and when I selected the option I wanted he performed the repair in a short amount of time. Quality of work was great—and most of all, my garage door was working again!
