GREAT SERVICE ! After suffering two years of a garage door opener that would bind/jamb/reverse - we finally called Precision Garage Door Service - and boy are we glad we did ! The scheduling process was a breeze, and they had open time slots days before we were ready to have the service call. On the day of the service we got a phone call from the service technician, Blaque Kuchel, prior to the arrival time. He arrived right on time, and we reviewed our concerns and complaints about our garage door together. Once he had a chance to look it over, Blaque gave us three quote options, a good, better, and a best. We took the best quote which replaced the opener with a super quiet belt drive IQ technology Lift Master Unit, an outside keypad, and remote. In addition we needed a new spring, replacement center bearing on the spring shaft, all new nylon rollers and we asked to have the bottom rubber door seal replaced. Once we approved his quote - he went straight to work. Did I mention that our appointment was at 4pm - on a Friday ?! Blaque worked straight through until after 7pm, getting all the new items installed, and operational - until he got to the bottom door seal. He clearly pointed out to me that the old seal I had on our circa 2002 door was of a different mounting type than what he normally sees - but after talking to the main office - they did have the type I needed - but he'd have to go back to Mishawaka and get that type of material. He offered to do it yet that Friday night - but I felt bad that he was taking up his whole night on our job... so we agreed that he'd come back on SUNDAY to finish the bottom door seal. He did that as promised, and my wife couldn't be happier with the way our garage door now operates. Blaque even programmed her car's Homelink opener button for her before he left. THANK YOU BLAQUE ! !

The Precision Garage Door company was wonderful to work with! The whole process was professionally done with PRECISION. The service technician, D'Morea O., was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about the type of garage doors and equipment I needed. John B. installed two garage doors with blowing snow and the temperature at 27 degrees. He treated my garage and the installation as if it were his own! He was very thorough in how to operate the modern functions of the garage door openers, what he had completed, and how to care for the doors. Kari, in the office, was also wonderful to work with and kept me updated with precise details of each step that would happen via emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend this company and the quality of garage doors that were installed.
