I was very impressed with the fast service. I called Friday evening and he came and fixed my spring the next morning. The tech (AJ) was very professional and got here at the time promised. In about an hour everything was fixed. He even gave me tips on how to keep my springs and garage door lubed so that it will all last longer. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again or recommend them to someone else for garage door service.
