Awesome service. My technician was Andy and he did an awesome job. I had a new garage door opener installed on my garage door that had never had an opener before. Here's how it went: He called 20 minutes before he was going to be there. He showed up in 20 minutes. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He used his iPad to quickly draw up a quote that gave me three options: Good, Better, Best. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. After I decided what I wanted, he went to his truck, got what he needed and installed the new opener. When he was finished he showed me how to use everything, answered the questions that I had and asked if there were any more questions. He was literally at my home from start to finish in an hour. Like I said before...awesome job.
