The company was extremely responsive when I had a sudden break in my overhead door spring, and they were able to give me several options for service the very next day. Blaque called before he arrived (ahead of the scheduled time - how rare is that!), and he was able to provide quotes with options on the spot. Once we decided how to proceed, he had the problem fixed quickly and professionally. Not only did he fix my overhead door, it works much better than it ever has. I highly recommend Blaque and Precision Door.

The two servicemen who fixed my garage door did an excellent job. They were happy to explain what options existed to fix the problem and let me choose which option to go with. They performed the repair quickly and didn't make a mess.

The technician asked inappropriate questions and made me pay $50 under the table to him to close my garage door that was stuck open. I will never use/trust this company again. When I called the office to complain I was treated rudely as well.

We called on Sunday night to set up a appointment for Monday am. We received a email confirmation and pictures of the tech so we would know who to expect. Technician called when he was on his way, arrived on time. Installed a new opener and was finished in 2 hours. Very efficient and did a great job. Plus we got a lifetime warranty.
