My garage door was on the blink. It wouldn't open. Not being real techy I pulled out the phone book and in a full page, fix it today add was Precision. That same day they arrived, surveyed and fixed the problem. Timely, friendly and fast. I was pleased. Two weeks later I encountered an unforeseen problem with the door (not mechanical). I called Precision and the same tech (familiar with the original work) arrived that day, surveyed and not only fixed the problem but checked and double checked every inch making sure all adjustments were complete to his and our satisfaction. Customer service - Outstanding. You need garage door repair/servicing? Call Precision.

AJ has taken care of my garage door before including replacing my 16 year old opener. I was glad to see him as my technician this time to replace the door's broken spring. He explained the process and offered other maintenance considerations. No pressure sales tactics; just experienced advice from an expert. I opted to replace the rollers for a smoother and quieter operation. AJ's work was thorough and highly effcient. I recommend Precisionyour all garage door needs.

Service Rep, Jim, was very knowledgeable about the garage door opener, that it was not repairable. He gave me a choice as to which 2 or 3 were available. He helped me program my door keypad when he completed the new door opener. Rating -- 5 Star
