The experience with precision door was great. They showed on time, the technician explained what was going on and how long it would take. The only issue I have was I was charged $65.00 to lube 3 bearing which took less then a minute. If I would have known up front on how much this would have cost me I would have done it myself.

I had intermittent issues with door closing all the way as if the sensors at bottom were detecting something in the way (and there wasn’t). The door worked fine when your guys showed (it was an intermittent problem) so they didn’t know what they could do other than guess the issue and give me estimates for new door, etc. I paid $80 for their visit and estimates. The next day the door was an issue when I left for work. Had to put it in manual use. Later in day when I returned and put on automatic again - the door was working fine. I had 2 neighbors look at the issue. They tampered with the sensors at bottom (they thought they looked out of whack) and I haven’t had any issues since! I’ve used the door for 4 days with no issues. I’m not happy with the $80 for no fix or even attempt to fix. It seemed to be all about estimates and selling me something.

At the time of our visit we observed your door opener cycle several times without an interruption and didn’t see any indicator/warning lights which would have alerted us to a need for a further investigation into the functionality of your safety sensors. Additionally, we regret we weren’t able to achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction during our visit. The door continued to work fine for a few weeks. I did speak with manager who gracitiously refunded my $79. I totally appreciated her and will continue to use Precision.

VERY POLITE MECHANIC, GOOD WORKMANSHIP, VERY GOOD SALESMAN. I think the work done was quite expensive - probably over priced and will need to get estimates if I need this type of service in the future. The above is/will be my recommendation to others.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY GOOD AND NEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID A JOB GREAT. BUT I WILL SAY IT TOOK ALONG TIME TO GET THE NEW GARAGE DOOR IN AND WHEN IT WAS IN NO ONE CHECKED IT OUT TO SEE IF IT WAS THE CORRECT COLOR AND WHEN I HAD IT SCHEDULED THEY CALLED THAT DAY AND SAID IT WASN'T THE CORRECT COLOR, SO WONDERING WHY IT WASN'T CHECKED OUT LONG BEFORE THAT DAY TO CHECK ON THE COLOR. THEN CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE FOR ONLY 2 DAYS LATER WHEN IT TOOK 1 MONTH TO GET THE DOOR IN. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT INSTALLATION.
