My garage door wouldn’t open. It appeared to be a broken spring. All precision door on a Friday and they came out Saturday morning. My garage door was old and needed to be rebuilt. The technician performed an excellent fix quickly. In addition to the repair, I have warranty on both parts and labor. I was very pleased with. Precision technician Lance showed up on time and it was a very difficult install of the new garage door opener full system. He worked non stop for over 5 hours to make sure the installation was perfect. He didn't stop for anything including lunch. Now that's a dedicated employee. So glad that we called them to fix our broken unit and they did all this on a Sunday no less! Great company!

Technician was perfect, came out on a Sunday. Price was too high. Fixing tension springs shouldn’t be $1k. Seems like I was ripped off.
