Another garage door company came out and found the problem but they didn't have the springs and wanted us to wait 1-2 weeks. I called PDS at 2pm and someone was here in a few hours the same day. The tech Jose Espinoza was wonderful. He found other things that needed attention and made suggestions on the ways to fix them. He was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. good experience all around.

The spring broke a couple weeks ago and hadn’t had a chance to call anyone. A coupon came in the mail and I called. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out within a couple days. To begin with, Technician Jose was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He replaced an existing and outdated keypad with a new and updated unit. He was experienced, knowledgeable and very courteous in the performance of his task. He detailed the problems of the older unit and gave the pros and performance usages of the new unit. Upon completion of the new installation, he reprogrammed the system, verified the use of the login code and performed a post inspection and installation for verification of operation. A job well done ????.

I was pleased with the original estimate we received over the phone to replaced the springs. When the tech arrived the estimate he gave us was 3 times the estimate. Garage doors are pretty standard And this company deals with this all the time so the cost should NEVER be three times the estimate. That being said, the technician was very knowledgeable and great explaining everything that needed to be repaired. He did a great job.
