A convenient appointment was made for early the next day; the technician called first, and arrived on time. We experienced a problem with our garage door and called the service department, they immediately scheduled to have Jeff come out to check the next day. He gave a very thorough examination and eventually determined everything was ok, so lubricated the door and said to call if any problems arise in the future. We chose Precision to replace our garage door opener. Micah came out on a Saturday morning, assessed our door opener, and gave us his recommendation. Within an hour and a half, the opener was installed and rollers were replaced with new ones. Micah was incredible. I would highly recommend Precision.
