I just wanted my Genie garage door opener repaired. When the technician and I'm sure salesman arrived all he could tell me was that parts weren't (and they are)available and I needed a whole new garage door the opener the whole enchilada over $3300. With a little more research I was able to repair my garage door opener for $12. That was my experience just saying.

Bryan Hewitson was our tech today. We had a spring break which threw a few other things off. Bryan called on his way out and showed up on time. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He fixed the issue quickly and even took some extra time to help program two keypads. I have a bunch of rental properties in Brevard County and have never been able to find a reliable garage company. So glad to have had such a great experience! I'll be calling Precision for all future garage door needs.
