Technicians arrived timely. They were polite, and knowledgeable. It took three complete spring replacements to find the correct combinations of springs as well as tensioning and force adjustments to get the job done. These were were accomplished with three visits; total time a little over four hours. Going in, it was to be a forty minute job. At the end of the job however, the springs were replaced and properly tensioned, the drive belts were adjusted for better operation, a locking latch was relocated for better alignment, a control wire with an intermittant open was spliced, and two light bulbs were replaced. The Precision Door team was determined to get the job done correctly and I appreciate their persistence.

My Garage door Opener broke some time ago, and I had another company come out to fix it and they said it could NOT be repaired, and tried to sell me a new motor, having Never looked at the motor...only listened to it!!! LOL. So I was opening and closing my Garage Door Manually for over a Month, UNTIL Last night! I came home from work and as usual Manually opened the Garage and pulled my car in....But as soon as the door came down ALL kinds of stuff happened! The cable jumped its Pulley, and the door jumped its track and I could NOT get the door opened!!! My car was Literally TRAPPED inside the garage! I called Precision at 6;30PM, and by 8:00Pm Brent and his helper, (I'm sorry, I cant remember the helpers name, but he was VERY Polite, Professional, and hard working) came out and FIXED my Garage Door AND the Opener which the OTHER Company said could NOT be fixed! Now my Door is Perfectly Balanced....I can lift it with two fingers if I need too.....Brent is a Garage Door Scientist as far as I am concerned!!!! WOW!!!!! I am SOOOOOOO Impressed!!!
