We installed a battery-backup Liftmaster garage Door opener and new garage door in May 2019. The door has been very quiet although recently we noticed it started to make a bit more noise. I called Precision and they sent someone to apply silicon lube to the hinges and pulleys along with tightening the main spring. The service technician left a spray can of silicon lube and suggested we use 3 or 4 times a year. He also changed my LED light on the garage door opener and replaced with a regular light bulb as he mentioned the manufacturer indicates that LED bulbs may cause issues with the circuit boards on the Liftmaster unit. The door is quieter like before.

Based on a recommendation from a friend I contacted Precision to install a new hurricane rated door, with new opener, four years ago. Based upon the service that they provided I have used them since and referred them to friends. The door has been opening great since it was installed. The current problem was a result of the photo eye sensor being jostled and misaligned. All is well again.
