Keith was prompt, knowledgeable and personable - a true pleasure to deal with. We initially contacted for garage door repair - broken spring. After reviewing the damage, options, pricing, and because we felt comfortable with Keith's assessment and overall presentation, we decided to replace the door and opener. Keith repaired the spring so that the door could be used until the order came in. So far this has been a great experience and we would highly recommend.

I originally called two years ago late in the evening because the garage door came off the track and my car was stuck inside. I needed to go to work in the morning. You came out that night and repaired it. I had another problem within the next year and had everything replaced. This year I noticed that the door wasn't closing evenly. I like your service; you are there when you say you will be there, the people are friendly and informative. Problem is always fixed. However, I'm concerned because I have never had to constantly repair a garage door.
