I arrived at my condo after being away for several months to find my garage door wouldn’t open. I called another company initially but they were scheduling out 2-3 days. I called precision and was told someone could be there in 2-3 hours. After arrival, we quickly figured out this may not be a simple issue to resolve. Mickey was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He spent several hours in the heat working incredibly hard to even get the door open to begin repairs. Once the door was open he clearly walked through our options and ended spending a couple more hours installing a new door opener. I can’t thank Mickey and precision enough for saving our weekend. They truly went above and beyond.

The service provided by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was simply superb, as usual. For the past 4-years we've asked Precision to perform our annual inspection and tune-up. This year Shane came out, right on time, and took no time to get right to work. If I said he was extremely conscientious, it would be an understatement. From loose bolts/screws to frayed wiring, he got it all, and still lubricated, adjusted, and serviced my door as needed. Service by Precision has always been superb. Bryan was my service tech. He contacted me prior to arrival and also arrived at the given time. He explained what was needed but, I went above and beyond. I only NEEDED one spring. I know not to replace just one. The door and associated hardware is all original to the house and 18 years old. I told him just to do it all one time. The springs, bearings, cables, cable drums and rollers were all replaced. Bryan took the time to tweak all the opener adjustments and be sure everything operated as new. Awesome tech. Attention to detail and made sure I was happy before he left. I wouldn't call anyone else but Precision!

I just wanted my Genie garage door opener repaired. When the technician and I'm sure salesman arrived all he could tell me was that parts weren't (and they are)available and I needed a whole new garage door the opener the whole enchilada over $3300. With a little more research I was able to repair my garage door opener for $12. That was my experience just saying.

Bryan Hewitson was our tech today. We had a spring break which threw a few other things off. Bryan called on his way out and showed up on time. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He fixed the issue quickly and even took some extra time to help program two keypads. I have a bunch of rental properties in Brevard County and have never been able to find a reliable garage company. So glad to have had such a great experience! Job well done! Bryan had my daughters garage door serviced and repaired in about a little over an hour. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
