Rob installed a new door operator to replace the previous inoperable unit. Rob inspected the problem with the old unit; explained the problem; and recommended a new unit, which I agreed to have installed. Because I am new to the Sebastian area I looked on the internet for a company that could fix my broken garage door. I was impressed by the professional appearance of the internet advertisement. I was relieved that the hours were 8:00 to 6:00 and that there were so many service areas. Jake Huntress was the best. Service was fine, however I am perplexed by the $15.00 energy surcharge. With gas at less than $2.00/gal. it can't be for excessive transportation energy costs that Precision had not calculated on facing. There is also a $9.95 Technician Service Call Fee. What is include in that calculation? Thank you for the $24.95 technician coupon,. but it seems that that "reduction" just negated the phantom charges in the bill. I am not sure I am completely satisfied with the transparency of your billing or charges.

After reading through "Garage Door" section in IRC Yellow Pages, I chose Precision because of the 24/7 service opportunity with weekend appointments at no extra charge. I feel so fortunate that within a half hour of my call, the serviceman was here. He was a gentleman, a true professional and, after showing me the problems with the garage door mechanisms, offered me a couple of options. I chose the 'Pkg." that included replacement of springs, center bearing, rollers, drums, cables with a lifetime warranty. I feel so fortunate to have had Rob as my repair person and secure with the peace of mind I feel having the door's moving parts replaced w/Lifetime Warranty.
