I am totally impressed with the service I was given by Precision. I took advantage of their special garage door tune-up and silencing offer and it was some of the best money I ever spent. Brooke in the office made an appointment that was exactly when I needed it and told me the technician would call first. My technician was Casey and he did call prior to his arrival and got right to work with his inspection. He identified some minor adjustment problems and explained the work he was going to do to replace the rollers as part of the silencing program. He answered all my questions while he worked and gave me a wealth of information about maintaining my door. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and is a definite asset to Precision. I will recommend Precision to friends and family and they have gained another loyal and very happy customer.

They try to sell you things you don't need to be fixed .just needed a garage door opener they wanted to replace door springs rollers that didn't need replacing. Ihad a different company come in and said that Ir was the computer board that needed to be replaced.saved hundreds of dollars on stuff I don't need.

Often, problems with an opener are the symptom of greater issues of worn parts on the door. Unfortunately, most providers in our industry do not take that care so that they will hve repeat business when your door breaks your opener again and again.

Josh came and did a safety inspection and replaced the rollers on my garage door. Josh was prompt, courteous and informative, as he explained to me what he did. I had Rob S. install new springs. He was on time. He explained all that was wrong in detail. Told me exactly how much it would cost. Then made the repair quickly and professionally. Called this morning at 8AM. Josh arrived to repair at 11:30AM as promised. We took the complete package repairing the broken spring, replacing the other spring and putting in new rollers etc. Josh was done in 2-1/2 hours. Everything worked great with a lot less noise. A very pleasant experience overall. The technician was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Will recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door problems.

Spring on the door broke yesterday, Sunday evening, I called for service same evening, techs here 1PM today [Monday]. I opted for the rebuild of the entire door hardware, door is 16 years in age, with the five year warranty. Service was long overdue, my bad due to not knowing it was needed. Techs very professional, explained all options concerning repair, door operates as new now. Talked to a neighbor after the the fact who had also used Precision for door repairs that was very pleased with the service he had received. Tech called in advance to give arrival time and showed same, entire experience with Precision a complete pleasure.
