Terrible experience. All they wanted to do was sell us things we didn’t need-all new parts, garage door, garage door opener Didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. Had another company come out the following day and fixed the problem. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

At the arrival the technician Tim Cosentino pointed out the safety issues, the defective parts, and total cost. I agreed with the recommendations and he proceeded with the work. He explained the purpose and functionality of the parts. At the end, was tested the functionality of the open/close the garage door. As of now, all is perfect. I am pleased with the work Tim performed.

Michael Bowman came out today to replace our circuit board on our garage door. He was professional and trustworthy. He also replaced our keyboard. Very disappointed! Charged over $900 for door makeover door stopped working last week. Paul same out and said that I needed new outlet because of some new code. Electrician came put put in new outlet in ceiling. Paul came back out today and said new outlet not grounded properly therefore new openly could not be guaranteed. I paid you for two service calls to no avail! I will not call you nor will I recommend you going forward. My wife and I our in our 70s living on fixed income.

we just moved into a condominium. The garage door opener and garage door needed some repairs. We contacted Precision Garage Door, and they scheduled us for Memorial Day. Tim Cosentino was thev service tech. We have had Tim before at our other house. We were glad to see him. Tim does excellent work and is very knowledgeable. Tim was and is very professional, courteous, respectful, polite and has a strong work ethic. We told him what we needed done and he got to work. When he was finished the door was like new. Precision Garage Door has always treated us right and we never had any problems with their work.

When we first moved to the Akron area we were renting a house. The detached garage did not have a side entry door and we could not get our car out due to the garage door opener failing to operate. We called our landlord and he called Precision. The technician, Tyler Barnhart showed up within an hour from the landlord calling. He went to extreme lengths to get us access to our car! Then he repaired/replaced the existing garage door opener expeditiously. It’s because of Tyler that when we bought our home that we had Precision install our new door and that whenever we have any garage door/opener issues we still call Precision today! Tyler is a subject matter expert with anything garage door/ opener related. He’s always professional, courteous, and early or on time. Precision Garage Door is a top quality and service provider and we will be customers for life!
