I was on my way to send you a email regarding your service visit today on my garage door. Lo and behold you already had sent an emai requesting comments. On Sunday my door went off track and I was delighted that when I called I spoke to a real person, not an answering service, who was able to schedule me for a repair the next day! Right on time your serviceman arrived and quickly figured out what went wrong with my door and started to fix it. Very personable young man and very well trained in his work. Fixed the problem and had my door serviced and working. Not being able to use your car is not a good feeling when things have to be done. M.D appointments, shopping, etc. I have already shared my experience with my neighbor and will continue to do so with friends. Thank you so much for you excellent service.
