The garage door was installed by Precision in 2016. Whenever we have a problem , precision responds quickly to fix it. Garth Rodgers, the tech who assisted me today was vey knowledgeable and pleasant. Things are working fine .

I was unable to activate my garage door after a power outage. Called Precision from online ad and because of excellent reviews. The technician, Eric, arrived in a couple of hours. Quickly solved the problem and explained it. Was very courteous and professional. Would use company again.

I was unable to open my garage door today but Precision sent someone out within 45 minutes. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and proceeded with repair. Pricing was expensive although I did not compare to other competitors. Dan offered a savings coupon which helped a bit. Overall very satisfied with the prompt service and service technician.

Hi, Was VERY DISAPPOINTED.... A Approximated Quoted $200 Plus Job. Turned out to be up to $2300. UN-ACCEPTIBLE. A Spring Broke. All it needed was being replaced. 2 Men looking over for about 45 min, making a Phone Call or two. To Tell me Door Cracked. Everything need replacing for $2,100 or $2300. Plus with a Warranty. I Knew that was not the Case Said would take 6 to 8 weeks to Order. Would have to parked Cars outside till then. Because Door could not be open. Bolts on the Door Hinges were also Loosen. WHY ??? I just Oiled the door Everywhere Saw No Loose Bolts then. Had to Retighten. Called a Local Family Business ten minutes later. Was out Next Morning. Replaced Both Springs. Less than an Hour. At $225. COMPLETE. Everything Just Fine Now. Door OK THAT IS ALL I WANTED.... Will be Sure to Spread the Word on your Company and Your Company Practices to Everyone I can. Good Luck !!! Thank You. JG

Tech told me my opener could not be fixed because they no longer make parts for it. He said it had to be replaced at a cost of $650. This was not true. I called Genie and the broken part was $7.95

Top notch quality and EXTREMELY friendly service technician. Felt like I was definitely in good hands. My only complaint would be the prices are much higher then competitors for the same service and was shocked at the price. But if you want someone very knowledgeable, with the latest parts/technology, and is very friendly, then I highly recommend Precision Doors. He said the door would be much quieter, I wasn't expecting it to be THIS quiet. The only noise is the turning of the actual garage door opener. So much better quality.

Appointment was scheduled between 10 and noon. The technician called around 9:30 saying he was on his way and he arrived shortly after 10. Aurelio was very courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done within his estimated time and all old parts and empty boxes were taken with him when he left. I'm very satisfied with the service received from Precision.

The garage doors are beautiful and were put in nicely. The only complaint I have is white carpenter nails were found all over my driveway. Thank goodness I saw them before my families cars found them in their tires. Cleanup could've been much more thorough.

Tyler was professional, courteous and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions in detail. Because of the age and condition of the door and hardware, we decided that a new door would be the best long-term solution. In the meantime, Tyler provided a temporary fix to the old wooden door so that it can be opened by remote again until the new door is installed.
