I chose Precision after calling 3 places because they were the lowest and had most available times for same day service. The website was impressive as well. Nick was prompt, professional, and seemed to know his stuff. Unfortunately we thought it would be a very simple repair but ended up being much more involved and expensive. Hopefully it will hold up. We had numerous parts to replace including the spring as well as problems with the opener. I can't really select the service of product since there were numerous.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from both technicsions, Jim Todd and Luca Marcella. Jim was very informative, helpful and prompt during the initial estimate. Luca was prompt, knowledgeable and experienced for the fast installation/repair of both garage doors and connecting and programming the openers.

Precision is a first rate company that I would highly recommend. I was very pleased with the service , professionalism and expertise of the technician, Nick. The initial phone call that I made to Precision was handled very professionally. The customer service rep indicated that a technician would arrive at my home between 11 and 1 and call on the way. That is exactly what happened. The problem was assessed and repairs were made within an hour of arrival. Precision is the type of company that you feel confident using again and referring to others. 5 Star Rating!!
