We had our garage door repaired in 2014 with new springs and all the hardware. It came with a lifetime warranty. The spring broke and we called for service. Absolutely no hassle and they came the next day to fix it. Again absolutely no hassle, Tyler fixed everything that needed done, reset the garage door opener and completed a safety inspection. All covered under warranty. Thanks for taking care of us and being so professional.

Everybody on the phone and the technician were professional and very accommodating. Cost was reasonable and service was on time with a small (2 hour) window for waiting. Technician called shortly before coming so that I could have garage ready to work on the door. I have done business with Precision before and will rely on them in the future.

Our garage door (not a Precision Door) broke for the 5th time in 5 years and I finally called Precision to see if they could fix it for me. I called on a Saturday at 1:00 and by 3:00 Aaron Cowgill arrived to my house. After Aaron examined the motor he game me my options and the cost for each option. I ended up going with a new motor that he installed in less than 2 hours. I love my new garage door opener very much. Good job Precision.
