These guys are wonderful to deal with. I haven't been more pleased. Garage door opener broke and they replaced with a better more quiet one when they could have sold me anything. Had to get springs replaced and again always prompt and a job well done. They don't try and gouge u, just offer a better solution. Can't be more pleased in the equipment, what they said it would do and their service if it ever needs it.

I called earlier today for service. Was told I could have service in a couple hours. The manual locking mechanism that came with one of the two doors I purchased failed. I went to slide the lever to unlock the door and it completely came out of the housing. Leaving my garage vulnerable as I could not lock it. Service called me prior to coming out as they said they would. Gave me an estimated arrival time. Arrived within a few minutes of that time. Gentleman saw the problem. Completely replaced the defective lock. Precision has done work for me in the past. I had lost an opener for my front garage. He had one on his service truck. Was able to sell me a new opener and make sure my daily garage door worked. He explained how to program the one opener if needed. I have recommended Precision Garage Door in the past. After todays service I will definitely continue to do so. They are fast, techs are courteous, and arrive when they say they will. Doug
