Called for estimate, Came out the same day. Took measurements, went over the construction of the products, but because of the size of the 2 garage doors needed, was told a quote would be emailed and/or someone would call. Have never heard anything back. That was Monday, today is Friday & nothing.

I finally had to give up on my old garage door opener and get a new one. Paul showed up on time, went over everything with me and did an excellent job with the install. He was polite and very professional and best of all a Vet. These guys are the best. Have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future if any service is needed. Highly recommend!

Our service technician called 40 minutes before arrival and showed up when he said he would albeit well past the assigned time slot. Based on our conversation he was over booked by operations. He was professional, explained his work, worked quickly , and by performance did an excellent job.
