Very friendly and courteous service personnel. However would not repair my garage door, the opener failed and they would not install a new unit until they replaced the springs. The springs had been replaced recently. The quote for the upsale was triple the cost for a repair and they didn't have the parts. I assume they have their reasons but should have been upfront with them during the initial phone call instead of waiting for the tech to arrive. This delayed getting the repairs done (by another company) for several days and required me to take another day off work.

Services: New garage door opener installed; replaced broken garage door spring. Purchased: garage door opener; springs; remotes and keypad. Your technician was wonderful. He took care of everything. He wore a mask, was very thorough and he definitely deserves 5 stars. Will highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Joe, who came to take care of us on Sunday. He is a keeper.

I was extremely pleased with how soon I got an appt . The technician was very pleasant and very efficient . He explained how everything worked and asked me where I would like the fixtures placed to open the door and how the WiFi feature worked . It had been broke for a year so I was extremely excited to have a new motor and not have to open and close it manually since I’m a retired lady ! I would definitely recommend your company to all my friends !
