we just moved into a condominium. The garage door opener and garage door needed some repairs. We contacted Precision Garage Door, and they scheduled us for Memorial Day. Tim Cosentino was thev service tech. We have had Tim before at our other house. We were glad to see him. Tim does excellent work and is very knowledgeable. Tim was and is very professional, courteous, respectful, polite and has a strong work ethic. We told him what we needed done and he got to work. When he was finished the door was like new. Precision Garage Door has always treated us right and we never had any problems with their work.

I would like to say that Precision Garage Door is the best garage door co. I have worked with. I submitted a repair request online at 8:00 am and by 2 pm had a new garage door opener, spring and pullies, remote key pad, installed , cleaned up work area, and all old product taken with them. Steve was the technician, and was very professional and explained what he found broken and presented options for repair and or replacement. 5 star service from the first phone call to completion. When I called Precision in the early afternoon to tell them I had my garage door partially open, but then I could neither fully open it nor close it. At first the lady with whom I spoke was very gracious and said they could send someone out the next morning. I told her I felt uneasy leaving my door open all night, she found a technician, Max Adamczyk, who was professional but with a good sense of humor which I think is a good quality in anyone dealing with the public. In addition to the door, he replaced my outside key pad which I'd meant to get fixed for a couple of years. I would highly recommend Precision.

Price higher than what quoted, tech was great! Second time I have used Precision both times price was higher than quote amount. They do great work and have wonderful people who work for them but always figure it will cost you at least $100 more than they quote you.

I used Precision Garage Door last year for a replacement spring and at that time chose to purchase their torsion overhaul. All the work they did back then is still working perfectly so when my garage door opener began failing, I called them again. Nick had the replacement door opener in his truck and was able to replace it in about 1.5 hours. The new opener is fantastic with regards to noise and smoothness. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I was able to do a live online chat at 6:30am and schedule an appointment for between 8 and 10am. The service tech was on time and extremely professional and kind. He informed us that our broken spring was under a lifetime warranty (which we had forgotten we had purchased 8 years ago) The spring was fixed promptly. He did recommend a new bracket which we purchased for less than $100. It is great to see there are still companies that put customers first. I have already recommended to a number of coworkers. I give Precision 5 stars. For the promptness and expertise. The were here and done in a little over an hour. They went over everything with me and gave me a choice to what I wanted done. With 3 estimates. He was training a person an allowed me to watch them do the work. It was something I couldn't have done myself and was glad I called them.
