Terrible experience. All they wanted to do was sell us things we didn’t need-all new parts, garage door, garage door opener Didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. Had another company come out the following day and fixed the problem. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Precision Door was professional from the person who scheduled the appointment to the service technician. Tim was my service tech. He called to let me know he was on his way. It took me 3 phone calls to find a company that could come the same day to repair the broken spring on my garage door. My technician, Tyler, explained everything to me so that I could make an informed decision on what HAD to be replaced and what SHOULD be replaced, but could have been left. He did not state it all had to be done, but I did decide to replace all working parts. I'm very glad that I did. The garage door is very quiet and I feel confident that it will work well for many years to come. I gave 5 stars for the service but I liked the ad, the discount and that the company is in Medina.

We selected Precision for the 2nd time, to install Master Lift Garage Doors for more security. Tyler B. was our installer; his previous service call was in 2018 for basic maintenance to our old garage doors. Precision keeps you posted via text on service date, and time, photo of installer and a brief background. on time, friendly, and Tyler kept us informed during installation.
