Our garage door spring broke last night. Initiated a Precision Garage Door Service chat session a little before 700am today and got a quick response arranging a service appointment between 10am-200pm. As it turned out the Service Technician (Brent) arrived somewhere around 1030am. We live west of Athens, AL. Our immediate problem was repairing the spring, however with Brent I was able to explore all the different options from repairing the spring (and one broken hinge), replacing the garage door opener gear, and all the way to replacing the door. Brent was very knowledgeable about all options I explored, as well as very patient, to address all my questions. In the end, we only replaced the broken spring and hinge; while retaining a preliminary quote for 30 days on a couple options to replace the door. Brent was courteous, professional, and had the spring and hinge repaired in around 30-40 minutes. He also sprayed lubricant on the existing hinges. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your immediate garage door needs!!! If we decide to replace the garage door in the future, I will look no further than Precision Garage Door. Thanks Brent for your outstanding service!!! In this day and age, it is great to know there are people that still provide high quality service as well as treat you with courtesy and professionalism!!!

We became acquainted with Precision Door three years ago when they serviced the garage doors on a house we had just purchased. They installed new garage door openers. This time a door was jerking. After checking the doors, the tech gave us several options, we decided to replace all the major moving parts on the garage door systems. We also have a garage door leading to the basement. The tech checked it out and recommended new rollers to reduce the noise. So yes, to all the questions above. PD met our expectations. A trained professional made a thorough inspection of the doors and gave us recommendations on how to deal with the issues. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door operations. (BTW Your drop down menu for purchases doesn't allow one to check all the purchased items.)

Justin called said he wold be there in a few minutes he was-very polite went right to work. Explained things to my husband made suggestions that could improve our service never pushed to sell or buy something we did not need. Went right to work told everything that he was doing so polite. I love this new garage door opener system. My old one was quite old (and did not work anymore), And this one has many features I did not have before. The total installation was much quicker than I had anticipated , and the Tech, Brent Cooper, was very helpful in showing me how to use the new features. He couldn't have been better. Our garage door spring broke (after a short 6-year life) - Precision was able to quickly respond and repair the door. The repair technician (Braxton) called ahead, arrived early and professionally communicated what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent future issues (i.e. replace the cheap builder grade components that were failing). His work is excellent and the door operates better than new, smoother and quieter.
