when I called for service I specifically said my opener in Genie 4024 and need rail that connects to the opener. Technician arrived and told me we do not have Genie opener parts end of the story, wasting my time and money.

Outstanding experience with Jonathan and TJ. I call in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. Prompt & professional they got the job done expeditiously. I asked them to call before they came and they did - allowed me minimal disruption to my schedule. Very good pricing and military friendly. These guys did it right
