I found Precision with a Google search when I was looking for garage door repair services. The technician, Hunter, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my garage door opener. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the system and potential points of failure. After a circuit board swap, my system is back to working normally.

Adam notified me he was on his way and was ahead of schedule. opener was replaced and recommended spring be replaced also. Will be returning tomorrow to install new spring. Very courteous and knowledgeable of products and services.
