Appointment times are great, five stars service all around. Being in a business myself where we use techs everyday I cant say enough how pleased I was with the service. Replaced springs, rollers, adjusted door, runs very quiet now and stays on track. Will use again...

I found your company through a google search late one afternoon and was impressed that you could schedule a service call the next day. Austin was knowledgable and professional. He explained our options clearly and made the necessary repairs very quickly. He also made adjustments and told us about some of the features of our opener that we were not using. LOVE Precision Garage Door Service! Their customer service and communication is awesome! Definitely love the chat option to answer my questions and the confirmation emails. Love being able to chat or call at any time. Very convenient! My appt was scheduled between 8 and 10 am. I received a phone call from the service technician promptly at 8:15 am to let me know what time he would arrive. TJ was on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Will DEFINITELY use this garage door service again and totally recommend them.
