Justin called said he wold be there in a few minutes he was-very polite went right to work. Explained things to my husband made suggestions that could improve our service never pushed to sell or buy something we did not need. Went right to work told everything that he was doing so polite. This young man cared about what he wsa doing was in no hurry made sure the door was fixed. Precision Door was an absolute lifesaver! My family had just moved into a new home and had issues with our garage door, so we filed a home warranty claim. The initial company that was sent out determined that we would need to replace the door and components since it was over 20 years old. I made the mistake of ordering the door through that company and after waiting almost 3 months for them to come install it, the door that was installed was put on crooked, there were over 2 inch gaps on all sides, hardware was missing, and the panels were dented. I was unaware of this since they installed it while I was working. Whenever I tried calling for them to come back out, their phone numbers were all disconnected and their website was down! That's when I made a call to Precision Door and they came out quickly and assessed the situation and we went ahead and ordered a door through them. It's been less than a month and they have the door we had to wait to come in installed and it's perfect. No defects, no dents, no missing hardware. The technicians had it installed in less than two hours and were extremely professional. I could not recommend this company enough for their customer service and attention to detail. You will ALWAYS have my business and I will refer you to whomever I can. Thank you!

Very impressed with "Precision Overhead Garage Door Service". Their communication to me via text messenger and email was professional and thoroughly done. I want to mention our installer Chandler Johnson. If it wasn't for him we probably would not have done all the work we had done. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and totally professional. He acted like someone in the business 25 years, yet we know he is relatively new. He was very kind and explained everything to us. He even hooked up my phone to the "My Q" app for our garage door.
