Still fairly new to the area and took a stab in the dark at picking a company to repair the broken spring on our garage door. I think our selection was perfect. Same day service within the window frame scheduled. Justin was very professional and friendly. Upon a thorough safety check he pointed out some issues and corrected them before they developed into problems. As far as the tension springs he provided us with estimates for separate options. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons without putting pressure on us to go either way. We would highly recommend Precision for your service. I chose Precision Door on a friend's recommendation. It turns out the actual installer came out and helped us puck out the best door for us. I found that to be a great idea so there wouldn't be any miscommunication between salesman and installer. Our door had to be ordered and Precision Door kept us informed during that process. The installers were professional, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and took the old door and opener with them. It was as if a new door just magically appeared. There was no Trace anyone had bee here. The door was installed in January and in March it needed a few adjustments so I called and the same installer came out and made it perfect. I highly recommend Precision Door

The Technician was wonderful great personality. The installation, we believe, could have been better. There was a misunderstanding about the electrical outlet which we will take care of. The beams look bent, as if there was an issue while measuring or correcting length of the beams. Overall, we are satisfied with the installation. Thank you

The Tech was very responsive in repairing the door Springs. Initially had one spring on the door and the tech explained the advantage of two spring since the door was large. Using the door now, it is quieter now than before when using. He was very helpful and quickly replaced the springs and fixed a couple of the fastener that had missing screws. I appreciate the support I received and Precision for sending a qualified individual. Thanks. FIVE STARS
