Had some weather stripping replaced around the garage door. Technician Brent did the replacement and did an excellent job. Previously he replaced the garage door opener and rollers, another excellent job. Precision Garage Door company is my go to company for any garage door issues or repairs.

The service was excellent. The people were neat, courteous, very professional and did exactly as expected. They were on time both the day of the quote and on the day of instillation. The job was done in less time than expected and all trash was taken away. We had 2 previous quotes and both were more expensive.

We became acquainted with Precision Door three years ago when they serviced the garage doors on a house we had just purchased. They installed new garage door openers. This time a door was jerking. After checking the doors, the tech gave us several options, we decided to replace all the major moving parts on the garage door systems. We also have a garage door leading to the basement. The tech checked it out and recommended new rollers to reduce the noise. So yes, to all the questions above. PD met our expectations. A trained professional made a thorough inspection of the doors and gave us recommendations on how to deal with the issues. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door operations. (BTW Your drop down menu for purchases doesn't allow one to check all the purchased items.)

I love this new garage door opener system. My old one was quite old (and did not work anymore), And this one has many features I did not have before. The total installation was much quicker than I had anticipated , and the Tech, Brent Cooper, was very helpful in showing me how to use the new features. He couldn't have been better. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing this type of work ,or service.

Heath Burlison the technician came out earlier than scheduled and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and very good at what he did. He changed out my Chain Rail and Gear & Sprocket Chain Drive to my garage door very quickly and tuned up the rollers. He had supplies ready for my repair and worked quickly and efficiently. My door was repaired very fast it was noisy before but now is the quietest door in the neighborhood. I am very impressed with the service that I received. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We have used their service in the past and called them again because of a problem with our single car garage door. Brent, the tech, called to let us know he was on his way. Turned out to be a minor problem with the electric eye wiring. Brent thoroughly explained what needed to be done and went straight to work to fix it. Brent even went as far as to lubricate the rollers and hinges on both garage doors. 5 star service all the way around. We highly recommend them if anyone needs service on their garage doors in the future.
