This is the second time I’ve called them and I’m very satisfied. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Quickly assessed the problem, presented 4 repair options, and patiently waited while I consulted a friend. After I selected my repair option, he quickly started work and replaced two springs and several other parts. He politely answered several of my questions while he was working. I was impressed how much work he performed in a short time.

We became acquainted with Precision Door three years ago when they serviced the garage doors on a house we had just purchased. They installed new garage door openers. This time a door was jerking. After checking the doors, the tech gave us several options, we decided to replace all the major moving parts on the garage door systems. We also have a garage door leading to the basement. The tech checked it out and recommended new rollers to reduce the noise. So yes, to all the questions above. PD met our expectations. A trained professional made a thorough inspection of the doors and gave us recommendations on how to deal with the issues. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door operations. (BTW Your drop down menu for purchases doesn't allow one to check all the purchased items.)

I love this new garage door opener system. My old one was quite old (and did not work anymore), And this one has many features I did not have before. The total installation was much quicker than I had anticipated , and the Tech, Brent Cooper, was very helpful in showing me how to use the new features. He couldn't have been better. Heath Burlison the technician came out earlier than scheduled and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and very good at what he did. He changed out my Chain Rail and Gear & Sprocket Chain Drive to my garage door very quickly and tuned up the rollers. He had supplies ready for my repair and worked quickly and efficiently. My door was repaired very fast it was noisy before but now is the quietest door in the neighborhood. I am very impressed with the service that I received.
