Over twice as expensive as the other garage door I had repaired by Precision three years ago and the tech took care of a lot more issues...broken cable, spring and cable box had to be re-positioned; however, thank you Biden administration for making things much more expensive. The tech, Brent, was right on time, courteous, and efficient. Did exactly what I asked him to do in less than 45 minutes.

Our technician was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of replacing our opener and repaired the spring on the garage door. He also explained the operation of the opener to my wife and programmed additional garage opener remotes during his visit.

Justin definitely knows what he is doing. A spring on my garage door broke. He did a safety inspection of the whole system and advised me of other things that needed to be done. He presented the options and explained them very well. He explained everything as he was doing it. I had the springs and rollers replaced.
