Price quoted for a bare bones vinyl door was > 30% higher than Overhead door for a steel door of same design. Apples to apples comparison of quotes means we will go with Overhead for our needs. In addition, the sales rep from Precision was pretty arrogant. For the above reasons, we will not be using Precision for our door replacement.

I thought we were going to get an estimate for the installation of a garage door opener (the door had become difficult to operate manually), but they saw what the problem was (friction against the roller guide) and were able to fix the problem. That saved us some money by paying for a service call instead of having an opener installed. I will call them for any future needs in the way of garage doors.

The two installers (Tyler & Carl ) were prompt courteous and efficient. They had the old door disassembled and the new one in place in a couple of hours. They picked up most of the trash( except some nuts and bolts,) and offered to trash the old door. We do need the model number for the door, for registration of the warranty. all in all a great job Thanks

Wow, excellent job. My car was trapped in the garage when the door jammed. These guys were here real quick and had the parts on the truck. Within a few minutes they had the door working again. I was so impressed I scheduled an opener be installed in my shop. Within minutes of call to them I had the name of the technician a picture of him and information about him including when he passed drug test and background check. They actually speak English. I am really impressed by the company and technicians. Other companies need to take a lesson from them.
