The person taking my call was very courteous and helpful. She scheduled me a time which was very quick. Brent the technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an inspection then told me what was needed. He then repaired my garage opener which when he completed works perfectly.

Our garage door spring broke (after a short 6-year life) - Precision was able to quickly respond and repair the door. The repair technician (Braxton) called ahead, arrived early and professionally communicated what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent future issues (i.e. replace the cheap builder grade components that were failing). His work is excellent and the door operates better than new, smoother and quieter.

Mitchell called to see if he could come early, and of course we were more than happy to oblige! He quickly diagnosed the issue, identified the fix, and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. Mitchell was accommodating and, upon our request, checked the other three garage doors to ensure that they were in good working order before leaving - resulting in several minor adjustments. He also took the time to answer questions. Very happy customer that would recommend Mitchell and Precision Garage Doors for your maintenence needs.

Our appointment window with our technician was supposed to be between 4-6 P.M.; Stephen called us to let us know that he was on his way. He arrived at 3:45 and was extremely efficient, polite, and helpful. Our transaction was completed - to our extreme satisfaction - by 4:15 P.M. I would definitely commend Stephen for how extremely polite and professional he was....the epitome of incredible customer service!

Awesome service! Door got in a bind and twisted out of tracks and we were leaving for Disney the next morning. They came out at 8pm and it it fixed and back running properly within a short time. Very professional. I will be calling them again when it’s time to service or repair.

We had our 16 ft. wide door serviced by Hunter. If I could give him 6 stars I would. He promptly went to work and quickly came up with a solution. He had our door back working quickly.
