Very quick response to come out and give an estimate for replacing damaged garage door. Technician was very courteous and explained how everything would be done for the new installation. The cost was excellent since there was a discount available for the month of September. Would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Chase and John, oh my goodness! Let's start with their customer approach....Both professional, they each work in tandem but the work flows seamlessly because they both know the role they play, their communication in performing their tasks opposite each other was perfection in my eyes. To encounter them after the labor, as they seemed excited to show us this garage door was wonderful. It's like this was their garage door and they couldn't wait to share it with us. They were happy, they were down to earth, although young they were infectiously kind and unforgettable. The door...it was ordered out of need, but I wish we came in contact with these young men everyday! Thank you so so much Chase and John, don't forget the staff at the office....always kind, compassionate and again excited for us. You won't find staff, their labor of love or truly caring staff like this anywhere else in Alabama!.
