Precision sent a technician, Jason, on Sunday afternoon to repair our garage door which we were unable to open. At 4pm with a big snow storm forecast for the evening our existing garage door opener stopped working. We called Precision and within 90 minutes they were on site. Our service technician, Matt was excellent. He found the problem, gave me 3 options on how to fix the opener, described the price and benefits of each option before starting the work. Once I selected how we wanted to proceed Matt had it repaired in a few hours. Would recommend this company and Matt for all garage door work! Thank you Matt for creating a great customer experience!

Great service was provided within hours of calling. Gary was an expert technician who replaced the motor and brought all the equipment up to date efficiently.
