Great first impression! Our garage door came off track the day before Thanksgiving. One of the lift cables came unwound and the fix was beyond my skill level. Dimitri was at our house 45 minutes after the call was made. He fixed the door quickly and was very professional and patient about answering all of my questions on new garage door options. Highly recommended!

Had used Precision Door in 2014 for a repair, so called them again this time. Called Monday afternoon & given appt for Tues 4-6 pm with technician William Adamini. His photo provided. He called me at 9:00 am to see if appt could be moved up. He arrived 15 minutes later, assessed problem & told me what was needed & cost. He replaced broken spring & spring on other side of door, as well as both pulleys. He was very friendly & efficient. I'm pleased with quick response

Gary Lemaster was great. He checked and explained everything. When he told me what the cost would be I was a little shocked but he never pressured me. Outstanding service by installer Kane! (Apologies if the name is misspelled) Impressed by the same day service, coming out fully prepared to do a complete overhaul install, but especially personally. He was absolutely wonderful. Took the time to explain and show in detail each item and the ramifications. Was incredibly personable friendly and professional. Tom Timmons came in the evening after a long day already because our cars were trapped in the garage. He fixed enough of the problem to get our cars out that night, and returned the next day to complete repairs. He worked hard, patiently taking time to explain what he was doing when I interrupted. Had a problem with my garage door, when it started to close down, about 8”, it would then reverse its self (there were no obstructions). It didn’t happen all the time but enough to know something must be wrong. I called and told Amanda what was happening and asked if Tim T. was available because he installed the new Chamberlain opener for me. When he arrived he wouldn’t leave until he found out what was causing the problem. After the repair he told me if it happens again to call and he’ll be right out. I appreciate the dedication he puts forth in his work. Two thumbs up ???????? THANK YOU
