I chose Precision Garage Door after searching on the Internet. A live person answered my call on a Sunday evening. Appointment was set during the call for early the next morning. The technician Tom Palmer clearly explained why the door malfunctioned and solutions. Tom gave us several estimates with different levels of repair and maintenance. After we chose an estimate Tom went to work and completed everything in little more than an hour. Installed new spring, rollers, cable, drums, and associated material. We also bought 2 remotes. We are very happy with the door operation. Like new!!! Thanks Tom!!! Thanks Precision Garage Door.

We found that one of our garage doors wasn't opening at around 4:00pm and Derek was at our house by 6pm. He did a great job explaining everything to us on what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. He was very thorough when doing the repairs. Very nice to work with and very professional! Precision is the only company we think of when garage doors or openers need service or replacement. That relationship was built years ago when we lived in KY, NC, and now Ohio. When the garage door’s spring broke at 5:15pm with our two cars shut in; we callled Precision and they came by 7pm; replaced the spring and performed preventive replacement of other parts; all within 90 minutes. Though we thought of it as an emergency, they treated as it as service within normal hours.

Was given a quote to replace a torsion spring on the phone. They said it would be between $130 and $163 so I set the appointment. The installer arrived as planned but the quote was over $300. I had him leave. I employed somebody else and ended up paying $160.
