Very quick turnaround time from when I placed my service call to being completely repaired. Matt Eberly came out right when he said he would be here, was very professional and knowledgeable- trusted his opinion and recommendations, and am very happy with the service and quality of repair. No one wants to spend money on their garage, so it’s great when the end result is such an improvement over my previous set up. Garage is crazy quiet now. Thanks Matt!

The issues with my door were finally resolved after Jason Daring performed the service. Jason is thorough and assured the problem was fixed correctly and completely. Great customer service. The scheduling process was great. The technician arrived at the time I was given and I received a call when the technician was on his way. I had two separate appointments, one with En and the other with Joe ( who installed the garage door opener). I was given options on repair or replacement. The installation took approximately one hour. Joe thoroughly explained the operation of the new opener and its features. I would definitely recommend this company for fast, reliable service from start to finish. Thank you En and Joe, you guys were great!!

Fast response....like less than 2 hours. He was quick to find the problem (previous owner), and offered a few options. We went with the one that will give us a few more years on these doors, and he was done in less than an hour. The door is much better! Excellent service all around.

My garage door unexpectedly would not close. In a panic, I did a quick Google search and Precision Door had someone out the next day as I needed transportation. Michael was very thorough and explained every step of the process and the why. He had to replace pretty much everything except for the door on a holiday. i was so lucky to call on Thursday and get an appointment for Saturday. the gentleman arrived on the dot of 8 am. i needed new springs and pulleys as nothing had been replaced for at least 20 years. the gentleman name is Tom and he gets VERY high marks from me. it took him no time to complete his task. you all are my go to garage door people from now on.
