I received same day service on a Sunday. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. He also found some bad bearings that were causing the door to stick occasionally and be very noisy. The service was quick and friendly. My garage door has not been this quiet in years. He also left a can of spray lubricant with me to help extend the life of my garage door.

Very knowledgeable and personable, but we are delaying our decision since we’re not sure we want to go to the expense of creating more electric capacity for the opener given the draw required by our two electric cars.

I highly recommend Precision. I had everything of my old system taken out and had a complete install of new system. The entire experience was wonderful. It was easy to make the appointment at a time of my convenience. The sales rep listened to what I wanted and provided alternates to choose. She helped me select the best door, heavy-duty springs, the quietest belt system, Genie garage door opener and other special hardware. She provided a very detailed estimate. My door opening presented some nonstandard installation issues. These issues were resolved by the help of the sales rep and installer. She worked with her team to provide a solution that did not require me to spend a lot of extra money. The sales rep suggested a custom-sized panel which made the windows be at an esthetically pleasing height. (A standard panel would have the top of the garage covering part of the windows.) The floor was uneven as much as 2.75 inches and required extra-sized bottom jam. The installer was helpful, too. He explained what he was doing and why. He pointed out that the old opener had a wire running around the wall and ceiling of my garage and the wire was not connected to anything. He showed me how to program the wireless keypad and use the wired opener pad. He demonstrated how the extra large bottom jam completely resolved the uneven floor issue. He set the height of the Safety beam so my short dog could trip the beam. All the persons I talked to at Precision were pleasant, courteous and had my needs in mind. They are professionals. I am totally satisfied. I have a great looking garage door that opens quietly.
